Old Bones: The Seaver Lineage

This is a brief summary of the Seaver lineage, going back as far as we are able to trace it. (NOTE: these are Pennsylvania Deutsch Seavers, and are probably not related to the Roxbury, MA, Seavers.) It is by no means complete, and there are many holes where last names, dates, etc are missing. The direct ancestors of Dorothy James are also included.

At the bottom of the page are obituaries, newspaper articles, and a lengthy rememberance of the family by Roy Seaver, a few copies of which he had typed up and sent to family members in the late '70s. A photo album and the GEDCOM source files are also available.

The idea behind this page is to help others who are also researching the Seaver line and to keep alive some of the tales which have been handed down several generations already. If you have any information which you would like contribute, please e-mail us, or sign our guestbook and just say howdy.
